Alina Slesinska studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow in the studio of Prof. X. Dunikowski. In addition to sculpture, she was also involved in painting, drawing and artistic textiles, as well as architectural design. She had her first solo exhibition in Warsaw's Kordegard, followed by Paris and London. She is now a somewhat forgotten artist.
